Planning solar roof - Overview: Implementation
The Past was more abstract, less directly affect the planning of your solar roof, rather than relative to the handling of the program Google SketchUp. Now comes the interesting part: it concerns the use of previously seen concepts and methods in planning your solar roof itself, created in this tutorial, drawings, variations and animations you can use later again and again - whether to control the look of your PV system to measuring up to the appropriate modules or the analysis of this on your roof shading. You give it all further calculations and discussions on photovoltaics a solid base.
The following easily get the real data, view, sun roof of your own time from Google Earth - and try different variations of your solar system.
Plan your solar roof in 3D
The second major section of the tutorial, which is held in German, consists of 6 parts and has a total length of approximately 42.5 minutes. For more advanced users of graphics programs, it is also possible to enter immediately in this section of the 3D design of the solar roof.
Together with the first part (kept in a well understandable English) is the total duration of the video is 1 hour 5 minutes.
Expect to present the tools for your troubles, not only in the shortest possible time variations of your photovoltaic system visually and mathematically correct, but to also examine the variants of the situation allows shading of your roof.
The second step in planning your solar roof in 3D: Tutorial for the implementation
- First Selection of your roof, and coordinate data: selection of roof
Second Scaled corrections: Corrections
Third Completion of the drawing: Completion
4th : Selection of 3D elements to select modules
5th Variations of solar panels: solar modules vary
6th Shading analysis: Shading
